I don't usually take any pre-workout supplement because I don't like getting the jitters from the high doses of caffeine. This one was different. Right from the first dose I could feel that I was tuning in to my workout quicker and able to move the prescribed weights easily. On the days that I was dragging my feet it seemed to work the best.
